Patrick Vassort participated to the Artist of Europe Award, organized by the Italian art gallery Pitturiamo. Patrick Vassort presented 3 artworks digitally, including his painting 19722 (on the right), the ping pong wall work #6 renamed OVERpopulation, and the artwork La Grande Armée which will be revealed live in Le Carrousel du Louvre from 18 to 20 of October 2024. The ping pong wall work of Patrick Vassort was selected by the jury in the selection prior the finals.

ART CAPITAL
Patrick Vassort will take part in ART CAPITAL fair in one of the most prestigious monuments of Paris: Le Grand Palais. This fair is organized by the French Association of Independent Artists (founded in 1884). Patrick Vassort will be displaying 2 paintings that will be revealed in February 2025.

Patrick Vassort was selected and invited by Art Curator Heinz Playner, Director of PAKS Gallery, to exhibit one of his artworks at Art Shopping Fair at the Carrousel du Louvre in Paris, where the artwork of La Grande Armée was revealed. It represents the army of Napoleon on the battle field: the pointy edges of the fishing floats remind the socket bayonets at the tip of the weapons of Napoleon’s soldiers, the multiple colors the flags they carried, the black background brings the darkness any war deserves, and the golden sparkles the hints of hope and faith keeping the soldiers alive.
International Art Fair

For the annual dinner of the members of the Yacht Club d'Île de France (YCIF), Patrick Vassort -member of the Club- exhibited 3 artworks, in collaboration with another fellow Artist Member.
The exhibited works are: A Sound of Piano, Moonlight and Bridge Over Water. For that special occasion, Patrick Vassort decided to personalize the latter 2 pieces by adding very subtle references to sailing on the paintings.
